Introduction
Our brand name "Guardia," based on the word Guardian (someone who defends and protects), has a theme of "accessories guarding those who wear them." We develop story-telling works just like paintings by elaborate and concrete expression. We aim to produce high quality accessories that will be loved from men and women of all ages.

How to buy
■Order method
  • Please fill in part number, size, and material of the product, and send the following order form.
  • After we receive your order form, we will return an e-mail with the details of payment including shipping cost and delivery date within two days. In case you do not receive our confirmation e-mail, there is a possibility that your order form is not sent. Please send your order form once again.
  • Please specify ring size for the ring or length for the chain/bracelet. For some products, we are able to make sizes other than our size description. Please feel free to contact us.
  • Depending on the product, we can prepare various materials or stones. Please specify the material you desire.
  • Please set domain specification reception on your smart phone or others to be able to receive e-mail from guardia.jp. If not set, you may not be able to receive reply e-mail for your inquiry.
■Payment and shipping
  • Payment should be made via Paypal. After your order, we will send an invoice via Paypal. Please make a payment within seven days after you receive the invoice. Shipping charges will be added to the price of products.
  • The shipment is via EMS. We ship only address registered on Paypal. Although it depends on the stock status, basically we will ship within 2 weeks after the payment is settled. After shipment from Japan, it will take approximately 3-7days for items to arrive. We will send a confirmation e-mail about shipment completion and the order tracking number. In case of Made-to-order, we will start to make it after the payment is settled. In some cases, it will take a month or two.
  • Customs duty and other taxes may be levied when the shipment reaches your country. If applicable, please pay those costs directly to the delivery agents or the customs office.We do not mark merchandise values below value. US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. Policies on those taxes vary in each country. Please contact the customs office at your country for more details.
■Cancellation
  • You may cancel the order before sending your payment. Please also be reminded that if we cannot confirm receipt of your payment to our PayPal account seven days after the above e-mail is sent, your order shall be automatically cancelled. Any return or refund will not be accepted after your payment.
■Exchanging defective products
  • In cases where products are defective, please contact us immediately. If it is our fault, we will exchange for a new one, and take on those postage charges. Requests for exchanges or returns have to be made within seven days after delivery, and items must be unused. We will not be able to accept any exchanges or returns because of the customers' personal preferences.
